*SHOPPING & ORDERS

Q1. Are all products made-to-order?

Yes. All Namita Sharma Label products are meticulously handcrafted on a made-to-order basis to ensure individuality, precision, and attention to detail. Each garment or accessory is crafted with love and requires specific lead time.

Q2. How long does it take to process and dispatch an order?

  • Haute Couture: 3–4 weeks (minimum), up to 5–6 weeks (maximum).

  • Casual Couture & Accessories: 1–2 weeks (minimum), up to 3–4 weeks.
    Production begins once your order and payment are confirmed.

Q3. Can I request urgent or priority processing?

Yes. If you have a deadline (wedding, event, etc.), please contact us at info@namitasharmalabel.com or call/WhatsApp +91-8079084139 before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate expedited requests if possible.

 

Q4. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?


Unfortunately, no. All orders are final and non-cancellable once placed and paid for, due to the customized, hand-crafted nature of our products.

Q5. What if I ordered the wrong size or item by mistake?

 

If you notice an error within 24 hours of placing your order, WhatsApp or email us urgently. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll try to accommodate simple modifications if production hasn’t begun.

 

*PAYMENTS

Q1. What payment options are available?

We accept prepaid online payments only via secure payment gateways at checkout. Currently, we do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q2. Is it safe to make payments on your website?


Absolutely. Our checkout process uses encrypted payment gateways and trusted platforms to ensure your payment details are secure and confidential.

Q3. Can I split payment across multiple methods?


At this time, we do not offer split payments. Orders must be completed using a single payment method at checkout.

*SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q1. Do you ship across India?


Yes. We ship all over India free of charge on all domestic orders.

Q2. Do you offer international shipping?


Yes. We ship worldwide via trusted courier partners. A flat shipping fee of ₹5,000 is applied to all international orders.

Q3. Are international duties or taxes included in the price?


No. International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their country upon arrival.

 

 

Q4. How do I track my order?


Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the courier service, or you can track from our website.

Q5. What if my package is lost or marked delivered but not received?


Namita Sharma Label is not liable once the parcel is marked "delivered" by the courier. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address and contact us immediately if an issue arises.

Q6. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?


Address changes can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. WhatsApp or email us urgently with the correct information.

*PRODUCT & QUALITY

Q1. Are your garments handmade?


Yes. Every Namita Sharma Label product is handcrafted with care in Jaipur, India, using traditional techniques fused with contemporary design.

Q2. Do your products look exactly as pictured?

We aim to photograph all items as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, embellishment, texture, or placement of prints may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography

  • Differences in individual screen displays

  • The handcrafted nature of the product

Q3: Why might there be irregularities in my product?


Each piece is exclusively hand-crafted using multiple artisanal techniques. Every stage is handled individually, which means that minor irregularities are not flaws but part of the product’s natural process and authenticity.

Q4: Will the print placement be the same as shown in the photos?


All prints are “all-over prints”, meaning the placement of motifs will vary from the product image online to the physical garment received. Similarly, the actual color of the fabric may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

Q5. Do you offer size customization?

Yes, customization is available. Please WhatsApp or email us to inquire before placing an order.

Q6. Do you offer gift packaging or notes?


Yes. We’re happy to include a handwritten note or gift wrap. Please contact us after placing the order.

*RETURNS, EXCHANGES & MISSING ITEMS

Q1. What is your return policy?


Due to our made-to-order model, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Q2. What qualifies for an exchange or store credit?


We only offer exchanges or store credit in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect, not for colour mismatches, sizing issues, or dislike of the item.

Q3. How do I report a defective item?


Email info@namitasharmalabel.com or WhatsApp us within 2 days of receiving the item, with your order number and clear photos/video evidence of the issue.

Q4. What happens after I report a defect?


If the defect is approved:

  1. You will be asked to ship the product back to us.

  2. Upon inspection, we will issue store credit, valid for 6 months.

  3. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Q5. Can I return or exchange sale items or customized pieces?


No. Sale items, discounted items, and custom-made products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

​Q6. What if an item is missing from my package?


If an item is missing, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. Include unboxing video evidence and photos of the parcel to initiate an investigation.
